Job Title: Call Center Team Leader/Supervisor (Telesales)

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Team Leader/Supervisor (Telesales) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali, keep up-to-date knowledge of the telecommunications sector, and possess computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for aligning his operations / team to the organizational goals & supporting cross departments in ensuring efficiency & optimization where possible.

• Lead and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve their sales targets.

• Monitor and drive individual and team performance against a set of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Maintain ongoing coaching, training and development for your team.

• Leading team meetings, educating and coaching regarding processes and practices, and setting organization expectations to employees

• Ensure a positive mindset and customer-focused attitude remain throughout.

• Prepare weekly reports for the line manager and analyzing contact center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Keep updated knowledge of the telecommunications sector and competitor activity.

• Complete tasks assigned by the superiors and assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing contact center goals

• Send monthly sales reports to clients and analyzing contact center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and contact center operations

Requirements:

• You must have graduated from any reputed university or institution.

• Experience of at least 2 years in call center telesales and customer support operations.

• Experience in the following areas: call center team leader/supervisor, customer service.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali

Computer skills are a must.

Salary: Negotiable

Shift: Night(8pm-5AM)

Office Location: Baridhara J Block
